Meeting different people and seeing their lives change before my eyes, is so exhilarating and mutually [ More... ]rewarding. I do it because I believe in people. I believe that there is so much un-tapped potential in each person and I want to be involved in helping them discover that potential. I am absolutely convinced that each person can live a full and fruitful life but, for one reason or another, not many find this to be their experience. They settle for far less, struggling with the demands of daily living; relationships, fears and phobias.....but don't have to.  Through 'Life Coaching' I have seen people change in a relatively short space of time, when they have acknowledged that they need a little help. It only takes a few sessions to see beyond the 'fog' of their circumstances, to establish some goals and to more clearly see what they really want out of life. Coaching is NOT therapy, counselling, advice giving, mental health care or treatment for substance abuse. IT IS for people who are basically well-adjusted and want to make changes in their lives. Coaching is designed to address issues the person being coached would like to consider. These include things like; career development, relationship enhancement, spiritual growth, lifestyle management, life balance and decision making. Coaching involves think-tanking, values clarification, goal-setting, identifying plans of action, accountability, agreements to change behaviour, examining lifestyles and questioning. We can achieve our dreams and ambitions, but we need to take steps to get there. A 'Life Coach' will help to bring clarity and passion back into lives. I have a lovely warm, comfortable office in a local church where I meet with people on a personal basis. In light of the major credit crunch, I have decided to reduce my costs.
